How to download the BridgeOne app

Follow the five steps for your phone

Pick your phone below. The steps change to match the store you'll be using.

From the Google Play Store · roughly two minutes

  1. Open the Google Play Store

    Find the Play Store icon in your app drawer or on your home screen. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to see all your apps.

  2. Tap the search bar and type BridgeOne

    The search bar sits across the top of the Play Store. Type BridgeOne and tap the search key on your keyboard.

  3. Check you have the right app

    Look for the BridgeOne logo and confirm the developer name underneath reads BridgeOne before you install.

  4. Tap Install

    Tap the green Install button. If you are asked to sign in, use the Google account attached to your phone. The app is free.

  5. Tap Open

    When the progress circle finishes, tap Open. The BridgeOne icon will also appear in your app drawer.

Is downloading the app free?

Yes. BridgeOne is free to download on both the App Store and Google Play. You will not be charged when you tap Get or Install.

Which phones does the app work on?

Any iPhone X and above running a recent version of iOS, and Android phones running Android 8.0 or later. If your device is older, the store will tell you the app is not compatible.

I searched and cannot find the app. What now?

Use the download link at the top of this page instead of searching. It opens the correct store listing directly. Also check that your store region matches the country you are in, as listings vary by region.

The store is asking for a payment method. Why?

Some Apple Accounts and Google accounts ask you to confirm payment details the first time you download anything, even a free app. You will not be charged for the BridgeOne app. You can choose None as your payment method in your account settings.

I forgot my Apple Account or Google password.

Reset it from your device settings before you try to download.

On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In and Security. On Android, go to Settings, then Google, then Manage your Google Account.

The download is stuck or very slow.

Connect to Wi-Fi rather than mobile data, check you have enough free storage, then restart your phone and try again. Tapping the paused progress circle usually resumes the download.

Do I need a BridgeOne account to use the app?

Yes. Sign in with the email address you registered with. If you do not have an account, then create one by tapping Sign Up.

Can I use the app on more than one device?

Yes. Install it on as many of your own devices as you like and sign in with the same account on each one.

How do I update the app later?

Most phones update apps automatically. To update manually, open the App Store and tap your profile picture, or open the Play Store and tap your profile picture, then Manage apps and device.
